This room is divided evenly between the dining area and the lounge area and equipped with Sonos sound system, flat screen TV and central AC. Three inviting large sofas, designed exclusively for Villa Valentina, anchor the space from where you can enjoy a film, the ocean views or relax with family & friends. The home is made for entertaining and relaxing with its open layout and grand living room with double-height ceilings.

The expansive and weathered-wood circular dining table seats 16 guests. It has a central, revolving plateau to pass food and drinks around. And ideal setting for intimate dinners or lunches, perhaps prepared by a chef in the quiet chef’s kitchen.

KITCHEN

Villa Valentina has two kitchens. One is connected to the open living room and offers the possibility for a quick breakfast and impromptu evening aperitifs at the central island, or grand sit-downs at the circular dining table for 16. The table has an inlay of a rotating center, “Lazy Susan”, perfect for large gatherings. The second kitchen is fully equipped for catered events and intended to be used with a private chef.
In total there are four refrigerators, two dishwashers, two freezers, ice machine, wine cooler, microwave, Nespresso, blender and juicer.
